Our client is looking for a Front Office Administrator who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day front desk operations and providing comprehensive administrative support across the organisation. 

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors and manage front desk operations
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and meeting room usage
  • Provide general administrative and front office support to the organisation.
  • Assist with internal announcements and company notices
  • Coordinate communication between departments and teams
  • Maintain accurate office records, filing systems, and documentation
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when required
  • Manage calendars for managers or teams as needed
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Support the planning and execution of internal company events
  • Manage procurement of company merchandise.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or front office role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional appearance and positive, service-oriented attitude
