Our client is looking for a Front Office Administrator who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day front desk operations and providing comprehensive administrative support across the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and manage front desk operations
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and meeting room usage
- Provide general administrative and front office support to the organisation.
- Assist with internal announcements and company notices
- Coordinate communication between departments and teams
- Maintain accurate office records, filing systems, and documentation
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when required
- Manage calendars for managers or teams as needed
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Support the planning and execution of internal company events
- Manage procurement of company merchandise.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or front office role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and positive, service-oriented attitude
