Our client, a reputable Real Estate Agency in Malta, is looking to expand their team with the addition of a Property Media Officer.
This hands-on role focuses primarily on photography, while also supporting social media efforts and agent marketing initiatives. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales and Letting, the ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring our property listings are professionally presented and effectively promoted across digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality property photos and reel footage, ideally with a strong portfolio to showcase previous work;
- Edit photos and reel footage for use across social platforms and website;
- Review and evaluate property images to ensure they reflect the listings in the best possible light and that they are in line with brand guidelines. Suggest improvements or retakes where necessary;
- Identify properties that would benefit from enhanced;
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to align on the properties’ required advertising;
- Stay informed about market trends, new listings, and competitors. Proactively share insights with the team to improve listing performance and visibility;
- Encourage and support associates in launching their own marketing initiatives;
- Assist agents in setting up personal social media accounts and running campaigns in line with company brand guidelines.
Requirements:
- Experience in photography and reel filming and editing;
- Knowledge of social media platforms, especially Instagram and Facebook;
- An understanding of the real estate industry is a strong asset;
- Have your own means of transportation to easily travel between properties;
- Own professional photography/video equipment - our client is open to investing in necessary tools for the right candidate;
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset;
- Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
Schedule:
- The usual business hours are Mondays to Fridays from 8:30am/9am to 5:30pm/6pm, however, our client require someone flexible to support the business whenever required, including evenings and weekends.
