AIMS International Malta is pleased to partner with a leading CSP that is looking to expand its Corporate Department by hiring a Corporate and Yachting Executive.

The successful candidate will join a specialised and structured team, reporting to the Corporate Manager and working alongside a Senior Executive, a Corporate & Yachting Executive, and a Maritime Consultant. A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role within the yachting industry is essential. A degree in Law or a strong legal background would be considered a significant asset.

We are looking for someone with a solid corporate and yachting background who can hit the ground running and integrate quickly into our client's team.

Requirements:

  • Managing a portfolio of corporate/yachting clients;

  • Liaising with clients, client representatives and advisors; 

  • Assisting with yacht sale/purchase transactions; 

  • Liaising with the Malta Business Registry, Transport Malta and other authorities/agencies;

  • Registration of yachts under the Malta flag; 

  • Incorporation of companies;

  • Conducting KYC and due diligence processes;

  • Assisting in day-to-day corporate tasks;

  • Ensuring compliance of client portfolio with applicable laws;

  • Opening of bank accounts and managing communication with banks.


Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar roles within a CSP; 

  • Having adequate knowledge on AML/CFT Laws & Regulations; 

  • Being able to work within a team as well as individually without supervision; 

  • Having a high degree of communication skills, verbal and written with the ability to communicate externally and internally at all levels; 

  • Having a good command of English as a working language. A good command of Italian, Spanish and/or French shall be considered an asset; 

  • Excellent IT proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; 

  • Relevant academic qualification, particularly a law degree or background shall be considered an asset.
