We are supporting our client, a CSP seeking to onboard a Personal Assistant. The Personal Assistant shall report to our Partners and management teams of the firm and its subsidiaries.
Responsibilities:
- Email and Calendar management.
- Dealing with correspondence on behalf of the partners.
- Managing travel arrangements and accommodation.
- Maintenance of filing systems.
- Supporting the partners with administration duties.
Requirements:
- Posses an A level standard or education.
- Be meticulous in their work.
- Be able to communicate in written and spoken English and preferably, also in Maltese.
- Be reliable, trustworthy and responsible.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office applications and Sage.
- Possess strong organisational and excellent communication skills.
- Be goal oriented and able to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
