AIMS International Malta is assisting one of our clients operating within the CSP industry with finding an Office Administrator/Receptionist to join their organization. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Greeting visitors at reception.
  • Dealing with queries on the phone and by email.
  • Organise and schedule meetings; handle meeting room and parking bookings.
  • Perform a variety of administrative duties, including mail-handling; courier requests; manage archiving of documents.
  • Ordering office supplies.
  • Handling petty cash.
  • Support company operations by maintaining office systems; Maintaining and file client records.
  • Support senior team members with administrative tasks such as printing, scanning, binding, data-inputting, effecting bookings, etc. 
  • Oversee cleaning and maintenance staff, scheduling of annual maintenance requirements.
  • Primary contact for the Business Centre onsite clients.
Requirements:
  • 2 Years Experience in a similar role, ideally with a professional services firm.
  • MQF level 4 qualification.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Excellent communication and written skills in English and Maltese.
