Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors at reception.
- Dealing with queries on the phone and by email.
- Organise and schedule meetings; handle meeting room and parking bookings.
- Perform a variety of administrative duties, including mail-handling; courier requests; manage archiving of documents.
- Ordering office supplies.
- Handling petty cash.
- Support company operations by maintaining office systems; Maintaining and file client records.
- Support senior team members with administrative tasks such as printing, scanning, binding, data-inputting, effecting bookings, etc.
- Oversee cleaning and maintenance staff, scheduling of annual maintenance requirements.
- Primary contact for the Business Centre onsite clients.
Requirements:
- 2 Years Experience in a similar role, ideally with a professional services firm.
- MQF level 4 qualification.
- Good knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Excellent communication and written skills in English and Maltese.
