Our client, a prestigious Real Estate firm, is seeking to recruit a Marketing Officer.
The Marketing Officer will contribute to the strategic marketing direction aimed at strengthening our client’s reach both locally and internationally. The selected candidate will form part of a motivated marketing team, report to the Marketing Manager, and work closely with the business development team as well as outsourced marketing professionals.
Responsibilities:

Maintain a content calendar, create and coordinate social media content and ensure audience is kept engaged with content in line with the brand’s identity;

Use online design platforms such as Canva to update existing designed templates or create new artwork that is in-line with our brand standards;
-
Film and produce short-form video / reels that showcases properties in an engaging way, capturing their key features, atmosphere, and visual appeal for social media platforms;
-
Liaise with associates to organise filming of properties and reel production when the need arises;

Assist with the creation of email marketing templates, management of the respective campaigns and subscribers’ lists;
-
Assist the team with the provision of branded marketing collateral, working documents and merchandise;
-
Collaborate with professionals responsible for graphic design;
-
Assist the team with the updating and uploading new content to the website;

Provide support to the marketing department as required.

Develop a deep understanding of the clients, our client's offerings, competitors and industries to execute the marketing strategy and drive business growth.
Requirements:
-
At least 2 years of experience in a similar marketing role; A keen interest in the real estate industry is considered an asset.

Qualification in Marketing or other industry-related certification;

High attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, plan ahead, multi-task, and honour deadlines;

An outstanding level of both spoken and written English, able to write social media content and PRs while adapting such content to different communication platforms and audiences;

Strong practical knowledge of social media channels and related analytics;

Proficiency in using online design platforms (e.g., Canva).

Knowledge of Email Marketing software such as Mailchimp;

Knowledge in AI photo editing tools is considered an asset.

Proven ability to film and produce engaging short-form video content for social media, demonstrating a strong visual eye and attention to detail;

Fluent in Microsoft office (word/ excel/ PPT);

The ability to work independently, and take accountability for projects;

Self-driven with a hands-on approach, eager to learn and a can-do mentality.
