Responsibilities
- Execute client bank account openings, including collecting due diligence documentation and preparing application forms.
- Liaise with banks, e-money institutions, and other financial providers as directed.
- Support KYC periodic reviews conducted by banks.
- Handle daily banking administration tasks such as account amendments, user access updates, and password resets.
- Assist with onboarding new banking platforms or financial channels.
- Support loan facilitation and ad-hoc banking projects.
- Maintain accurate records and track progress of banking applications.
- Escalate complex or high-risk matters to the Banking Operations Supervisor.
Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience working in a banking environment.
- Corporate experience is not required but will be considered an asset.
- Basic understanding of KYC and banking procedures.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to follow guidance from the Banking Operations Supervisor and escalate issues appropriately.
- Willingness to learn aspects of corporate processes as they relate to banking operations.
