Our client, that specialises in international tax law, client accounting and corporate services, providing tailored support to clients across the globe, is currently looking to recruit a Marketing Executive to join their team. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing a marketing strategy to promote the company’s services. From social media management to digital campaigns and content creation, you’ll have the autonomy to build the brand’s visibility from the ground up. You will also work closely with the Operations Manager and key stakeholders to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to drive brand awareness, engagement, and client acquisition.
  • Manage and grow the company’s presence across all digital platforms, including social media, website, email, and paid channels.
  • Create compelling content for digital campaigns, newsletters, blog posts, press releases, and client communications.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns on relevant platforms.
  • Work with external vendors for design, PR, and other marketing needs as required.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices.
  • Track, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing efforts, adjusting strategies to improve results.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to align marketing goals with business objectives and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Manage and maintain the firm’s contact and client database, including organising business cards, Outlook contacts, and other relevant records.
  • Research and identify industry conferences, networking events, and business forums, both locally and internationally, to enhance the firm’s visibility and participation.
  • Support pre-event preparation by conducting research, identifying key networking opportunities, and scheduling meetings for firm representatives.
  • Assist in post-event follow-ups, ensuring that connections made at conferences and business trips are nurtured and developed into meaningful professional relationships.
  • Engage with leading legal directories such as Legal 500 and Chambers, working towards securing the firm’s inclusion in these prestigious rankings.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. 
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a professional services firm (law, finance, consulting, etc.).
  • Proven track record of executing successful digital and social media campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of any other languages is a plus.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media platforms, and email marketing software.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
