Our client, that operates within the hospitality sector, is currently looking to recruit a Marketing & Creative Executive to join their team.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across search and social platforms.
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns: search, display, remarketing, and performance reporting.
  • Oversee META (Facebook & Instagram) advertising, including strategy, targeting, budgeting, creative placement, and analytics.
  • Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics using Google Analytics, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Track campaign performance against KPIs and prepare monthly reports for stakeholders.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
  • Manage and grow social media profiles for all Group brands (hotels, restaurants, spas).
  • Plan and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Create and schedule daily posts, stories, reels, and other content on META, X, LinkedIn and relevant platforms.
  • Maintain content calendars and coordinate with internal teams for event-driven promotions.
  • Design compelling visual content for both digital and print — including digital ads, social media graphics, posters, brochures, signage, newsletters, and brand collateral.
  • Ensure all visual assets adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Work closely with internal departments and external partners to deliver artwork on time.
  • Prepare files for print and manage production specifications and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with web developers and content teams to maintain and update websites.
  • Assist with landing page asset creation, content formatting, and UX recommendations.
  • Ensure content aligns with campaign initiatives and branding.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, Photographer, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
  • Hands on experience with META ads manager.
  • Basic understanding of web design principles and CMS platforms.
  • Familiarity with content creation and editing tools, including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to interpret data and analytics to optimize content performance.
