AIMS International Malta is thrilled to be working with our client, a Law Firm, that is looking to hire a Lawyer who specializes in Banking and Financial industry matters.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Banking and Finance team with their regulatory and compliance obligations.
- Offer your assistance with the licensing applications with regulatory queries and requirements under the Banking and Financial Institutions Act.
- Aid the firms clients with local and international financial transactions.
- Assist with regulatory requirements related to M&A due diligence.
- Upkeep and maintenance of documentation related to licensed credit or financial institutions.
- Warrant to practice law in Malta.
- At least two years post qualification experience.
- Fluency in Maltese and English language.
