Our client, operating within the transportation sector, is seeking to recruit an HR Clerk to join their Human Resources team in Floriana.
To HR Clerk will assist with the day-to-day HR Training administrative tasks including the up keep of employee records, ensuring smooth and direct communication and assisting employees in relation to training, uniforms, and licenses.
Responsibilities:

Updating employee training and uniform records and ensuring that all entries are entered successfully and that the relevant systems are up to date.

Acting as the main contact point for employees who require assistance with the Company’s uniforms.

Liaising with stores management to ensure that uniform stores are up to date, to prepare uniform orders, and proper coordination of orders and deliveries.

Collecting uniforms from terminated employees.

Filing employee documents and any other documents as may be required.

Any other duties related to the job position that may be required depending on the exigencies of the business at the time.
