Responsibilities:
- Develop, own, and execute the annual sales strategy.
 - Take a hands-on approach to generating and closing sales opportunities.
 - Establish and nurture lasting relationships with key clients, positioning the firm as a trusted advisor.
 - Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of sales professionals and client account managers.
 - Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunities.
 - Design and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with the company’s broader objectives.
 - Oversee and optimize the sales and marketing processes to drive results.
 
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Professional Services sales and business development with a deep understanding of the domain.
 - Strong background in sales management, with demonstrated success in leading sales teams.
 - Expertise in account management, with a track record of building and maintaining robust client relationships.
 - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market dynamics.
 - Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
 - Proven track record of consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets.
 - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
