We are currently working with a well-established organisation that is looking to strengthen its team with a Senior Corporate Services Officer . Responsibilities:
  • Be the person responsible for the collection and organisation of company contracts, agreements, accounting data and liaise with accounting/audit team for preparation of end of year financials.
  • Assisting with general management of client companies, partnerships, trusts and foundations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing updates on regulatory changes.
  • Draft corporate documents (M&A, resolutions, minutes, share transfers) and arrange execution and filing.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely responses to queries.
  • Assist with workload planning and prioritisation within the corporate team.
  • Correct record keeping of company’s operations.
  • Gather and analyse client feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Maintain statutory records and ensuring they are accurate and kept up to date.
  • Assisting with the ongoing monitoring and reviewing all communications and notifications to regulatory bodies.
  • Keeping up to date with corporate and regulatory developments.
  • The selected candidate will be reporting to the Head of Direct Tax & Corporate Services.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years in corporate administration or client-facing roles within a corporate services environment.
  • Familiarity with Maltese corporate law, MBR systems, and compliance procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with compliance software is advantageous. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A qualification in a related field at MQF Level 5 or higher.
  • A degree in Finance, Banking, Business, Commerce, or a related field is a plus.
