Our client, that operates within corporate services, is seeking to recruit a creative and proactive Marketing & Communications Executive to support their Marketing Manager across website management, social media, marketing materials, and research initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the company website using WordPress, ensuring content accuracy, functionality, and consistency.
- Coordinate with external web developers when required and oversee website improvements and updates.
- Design and produce professional digital and print marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, advertisements, and product sheets.
- Ensure all marketing collateral aligns with brand guidelines and supports company messaging and campaigns.
- Manage the company’s LinkedIn presence, including content creation, scheduling, posting, and audience engagement.
- Monitor social media performance and provide insights to optimize content and engagement strategies.
- Research relevant conferences, events, publications, and promotional opportunities to support marketing and business development efforts.
- Assist the sales team with marketing materials, presentations, and campaign planning.
- Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and promotional activities.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and marketing best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or design-focused marketing roles.
- Strong design skills using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar.
- Experience managing and updating websites using WordPress.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently.
