Our client, a reputable Corporate Services Provider in Malta, is looking to expand their finance team with the addition of a Finance Assistant. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a well-established firm and contribute to its continued success.
* 25 hours a week, with flexibility of working in mornings or afternoons as desired.
Responsibilities
- Process bookkeeping transactions and payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports as needed.
- Handle filing and administrative duties.
- Support the Financial Controller with accounting tasks.
Requirements
- Experience in accounts or an administrative role with a finance focus.
- Familiarity with invoicing, payment processing, and ledger maintenance.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Flexible, hard-working, and self-motivated.
- Fluent in Maltese and English.
- Proficient in MS Excel, with knowledge of SAGE preferred.
- Minimum O-Level in Accounts or AAT Diploma; A-Level preferred.
