AIMS International is assisting one of our clients, a well-established CSP in Malta, in recruiting a Payroll Technician.
As a Payroll Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for a portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities:
- Processing payroll for multiple clients, including calculations, deductions, and adjustments
- Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and labour laws
- Managing benefits administration and coordinating with HR departments
- Maintaining precise and up-to-date payroll records and reports
- Collaborating with colleagues to optimize payroll processes and enhance client satisfaction
Requirements:
- A certificate in payroll administration
- Previous experience in payroll processing and administration
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- A high level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
