Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and consultants in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming experience at all times.
- Handle patient invoicing, payments, disbursements, and ensure full familiarity with prices and policies.
- Receive payments for billings and miscellaneous services.
- Monitor the daily patient list and refer any unpaid bills for collection as required.
- Reconcile the cash float at the end of each shift and deposit accordingly.
- Register all clients accurately upon arrival, ensuring all data is correct and updated.
- Answer and screen incoming calls, actioning or redirecting appropriately.
- Keep and respond to the company mobile phone at all times as required.
- Maintain accurate client notifications and messages for proper handover.
- Thank clients for their visit and request feedback on their experience.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and staff members.
- Register clients information within the system accuracy.
- Liaise with local and foreign insurance companies regarding clarifications and direct settlements.
- Coordinate with internal staff during emergencies or as needed.
- Carry out Reception and Liaison Office duties based on operational requirements.
- Follow Data Protection regulations.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
