Our client, a leading organisation within the healthcare sector, is looking to strengthen their team by recruiting a Customer Care Agent.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and consultants in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming experience at all times.
  • Handle patient invoicing, payments, disbursements, and ensure full familiarity with prices and policies.
  • Receive payments for billings and miscellaneous services.
  • Monitor the daily patient list and refer any unpaid bills for collection as required.
  • Reconcile the cash float at the end of each shift and deposit accordingly.
  • Register all clients accurately upon arrival, ensuring all data is correct and updated.
  • Answer and screen incoming calls, actioning or redirecting appropriately.
  • Keep and respond to the company mobile phone at all times as required.
  • Maintain accurate client notifications and messages for proper handover.
  • Thank clients for their visit and request feedback on their experience.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and staff members.
  • Register clients information within the system accuracy.
  • Liaise with local and foreign insurance companies regarding clarifications and direct settlements.
  • Coordinate with internal staff during emergencies or as needed.
  • Carry out Reception and Liaison Office duties based on operational requirements.
  • Follow Data Protection regulations.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
