Responsibilities:
- Overseeing multiple client portfolios and nurturing strong client relationships for the company. Addressing client inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Handling various administrative tasks including compliance matters like gathering necessary documentation for our 'know your client' (KYC) procedures.
- Drafting corporate documents for review and arranging for their execution and filing.
- Preparing and submitting requisite documentation to authorities for company registrations and managing structural changes within existing companies (e.g., share transfers, directorial changes).
- Ensuring compliance with deadlines for filing annual returns, annual BO confirmations, and other statutory forms.
- Maintaining accurate company registers.
- Assisting clients with bank account setup and communicating with financial institutions.
- Providing administrative support during client meetings and collaborating with other departments to improve operational efficiency.
- Acting as a liaison with regulatory authorities such as the Malta Financial Services Authority and the Malta Business Registry.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a corporate administration role in Malta.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential, and knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Sound knowledge of relevant statutory laws, regulations, and compliance procedures.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
