Our client, a prominent Corporate Service Provider based in Malta, is looking to recruit an organized and proactive German-speaking Client Relations Officer to join their team.

Responsibilities :
  • Data input and maintenance of client files.
  • Assisting supervisors with their tasks.
  • Handling day-to-day client requests.
  • Filing and performing other administrative duties.
  • Liaising with Lawyers, Accountants and auditors (internally) on behalf of clients.
Requirements :
  • A neat and tidy appearance combined with a professional and polite attitude.
  • Already residing in Malta.
  • Previous experience would be an advantage, ideally with at least 1-2 years in a similar position. Work experience in the same industry is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
  • Professional telephone skills and a commitment to providing first-class customer service.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook. ECDL certification or equivalent proof of computer skills is an advantage.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Punctuality and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
