Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with accounting, corporate and fiscal requirements.
- Updating of client accounting records.
- Maintaining clients’ records in line with the company’s risk and compliance policies.
- Assisting with the preparation of management accounts in accordance with the applicable accounting standards.
- reparation and submission of direct and indirect tax returns.
- Managing external audit process of clients and liaising with external auditors.
- Assisting in other general accounting duties as may be required.
- Supporting management to ensure smooth maintenance of client portfolio;
- Having completed ACCA modules or in possession.
- Have a minimum experience of two years’ working in a client accounting role.
- Have good communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the preparation of financial statements.
- Be an innovative team player with the ability to work effectively under pressure and able to meet deadlines.
- Well-versed in MS Office applications particularly MS Excel.
- Experience with cloud-based accounting software particularly XERO shall be considered an asset.
