Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial transactions and take ownership of drafting agreements and other legal documents.
- Assist clients with all queries related to the purchase or sale of vessels and aircraft.
- Liaise with third parties involved in the transaction.
- Incorporate and liquidate legal entities in Malta and draft and review necessary documents.
- Liaise with authorities in different jurisdictions.
- Conduct legal research on various topics.
- Asist with the management and administration of client entities.
- Qualified lawyer with a warrant to practice law in Malta.
- A minimum of three years’ relevant experience working in yachting and maritime law.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Strong communication, negotiation and persuasive skills.
