AIMS International Malta is assisting one of our clients, a well-established CSP in Malta, in recruiting a Senior Executive - Business Consulting Services (Economic Advisory).
The Senior Executive will take a lead role in the delivery of consulting engagements, providing technical expertise and quality assurance across assignments. Act as a key link within the team ensuring that analytical work and advisory outputs are translated into actionable recommendations for clients.
Responsibilities:

Lead complex analysis independently with minimal supervision.

Develop advanced financial and economic models for project evaluation.

Analyse regulatory and policy changes and their implications for clients.

Draft full reports and ensure clarity and accuracy of findings.

Conduct in-depth market and sector studies, including forecasting.

Ensure deliverables meet high technical standards.

Respond to technical queries and explain methodologies when required.

Provide data-driven insights for proposals and procurement initiatives.

Provide advisory support on public procurement processes, including procurement strategies, tender documentation, evaluation methodologies and compliance.
Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Social Policy or Public Policy or related fields.

3-4 years of consulting experience.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Proven track record of successful client engagements.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Good understanding of public sector operations, EU funding mechanisms and regulatory environments (desirable).

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.

Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.
