Responsibilities:
- Maintain precise financial records and ledgers.
- Reconcile bank statements and promptly address any discrepancies.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Establish and uphold effective internal controls.
- Assist the Hotel Manager with financial reporting and analysis.
- Communicate with external accountants.
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proven experience in managing accounts payable/receivable and general ledger.
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
