AIMS International Malta is assisting one of our clients, a well-established CSP in Malta, in recruiting a Payroll Technician.
As a Payroll Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our clients.
Responsibilities:

Processing payroll for multiple clients, including calculations, deductions, and adjustments.

Ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and labour laws.

Managing benefits administration and coordinating with HR departments.

Maintaining precise and up-to-date payroll records and reports.

Addressing employee payroll inquiries and resolving discrepancies.

Collaborating with colleagues to optimise payroll processes and client satisfaction.
Requirements:

A certificate in payroll administration.

Previous experience in payroll processing and administration.

Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications, especially Excel.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
