AIMS International Malta is assisting one of our clients, a well-established CSP in Malta, in recruiting a Payroll Technician.

As a Payroll Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our clients. 

Responsibilities:

  • Processing payroll for multiple clients, including calculations, deductions, and adjustments.

  • Ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and labour laws. 

  • Managing benefits administration and coordinating with HR departments. 

  • Maintaining precise and up-to-date payroll records and reports. 

  • Addressing employee payroll inquiries and resolving discrepancies. 

  • Collaborating with colleagues to optimise payroll processes and client satisfaction. 


Requirements:

  • A certificate in payroll administration. 

  • Previous experience in payroll processing and administration. 

  • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications, especially Excel. 

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. 

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
