Our client a reputable Corporate Services Provider is looking to recruit a Payroll Specialist to join their growing team. The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with like-minded professionals delivering high-quality payroll services to a variety of clients. 

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the monthly payroll process for multiple clients
  • Prepare engagement forms and documentation for new hires and terminations
  • Register new clients with the Inland Revenue Department (IRD) and Jobsplus
  • Register new employees with the IRD and Jobsplus
  • Process terminations for both local and foreign employees with the IRD and Jobsplus
  • Provide ongoing support and payroll advice to clients
  • Supervise and guide junior team members
  • Maintain and develop strong client relationships
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar payroll role
  • Completion of payroll-related courses will be considered an asset
  • Experience with Shireburn Indigo payroll software is a strong advantage
