Responsibilities:
- Manage the monthly payroll process for multiple clients
- Prepare engagement forms and documentation for new hires and terminations
- Register new clients with the Inland Revenue Department (IRD) and Jobsplus
- Register new employees with the IRD and Jobsplus
- Process terminations for both local and foreign employees with the IRD and Jobsplus
- Provide ongoing support and payroll advice to clients
- Supervise and guide junior team members
- Maintain and develop strong client relationships
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar payroll role
- Completion of payroll-related courses will be considered an asset
- Experience with Shireburn Indigo payroll software is a strong advantage
