Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development of policies.
- Ensure that the organization adheres to all laws and legislations internally related to GDPR and Data Protection and is always compliant. Additionally, keep updated with any new developments and changes so they may be implemented as well.
- Run regular risk assessments and internal audits to identify any breaches, and report on findings.
- Be the liaison for all relevant and related regulatory bodies and authorities.
- Provide training internally to employees for the purpose of best practice and awareness when handling sensitive information.
- Be a representative for the organization locally or abroad regarding GDPR and data protection.
- University Degree in a relevant subject.
- 6 years of experience.
- Fluency in the Maltese and English languages;
