AIMS International Malta is assisting one of our clients operating in the legal services industry with finding a Litigation Department Administrator.

Responsibilities:
  • Drafting judicial documents such as Warrants.
  • Managing the filing system.
  • Registering new lawsuits.
  • General follow ups, and updating court sitting.
  • Submitting and collecting notes such as judicial hypotheses from the Public Registry.
  • Ordering and collecting searches.
  • Submitting documents to the Malta Arbitration Centre, Consumer Claims Tribunal, etc. 
  • Printing and other secretarial and office duties. 
Requirements:
  • Fluency in the Maltese and English languages, both speaking and writing.
  • Experience in a corporate or office environment will be seen as an asset.
  • The role requires daily attendance at the office because of the duties at the court registry. However, there is some flexibility related to time.
