Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
- Support month-end and year-end closing acny policies.tivities.
- Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures.
- Provide support in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Identify and report discrepancies or irregularities in financial data.
- Contribute to process improvements within the finance department.
- Minimum A level standard in accounts or currently pursuing ACCA (partly qualified)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- IT knowledge, proficiency in Microsoft office, preferably with experience using accounting packages
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Prior experience in accounting department considered an asset but not a requirement
