AIMS International is assisting one of our clients, a well established Law Firm in Malta, with recruiting a Private Client Relationship Officer to join our client's Tax & Immigration Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support a portfolio of clients, delivering service of the highest standard

  • Communicate with various authorities and stakeholders

  • Work closely with clients to gather required information and documentation in a timely manner

  • Prepare forms and other documentation accurately based on information received from clients

  • Finalise and submit immigration application packages to the appropriate government agency

  • Monitor cases, tracking deadlines and ensure that all expiration dates are observed

  • Support clients during their visits to government authorities


Requirements:

  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Have excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written

  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

  • A pro-active, client-focused approach, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
