Our client, a reputable Corporate Services Provider in Malta, is looking to expand their team with the addition of an Immigration Sales Executive (Mandarin Speaking). This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a well-established firm and contribute to its continued success.
 
Our client provides a suite of professional services to a wide range of clients. Their dedicated team delivers tailored solutions that address the specific needs of each client, specializing in global residency and citizenship-by-investment program. Their clientele includes high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and families seeking access to European markets, high-quality education, and global mobility.

Responsibilities:

  • To conduct comprehensive market research to identify prospective clients and key stakeholders within the residency and immigration sector, with the aim of uncovering new business opportunities and developing innovative service offerings that align with client needs and support the achievement of revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to strengthen the firm’s presence in the residency and immigration services market, including hosting webinars, representing the firm at industry expos and events, and creating targeted marketing content in Mandarin.
  • Drive lead generation and actively pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and industry events. Accountable for building and managing strong B2B relationships that generate a steady pipeline, 
  • Generate and close B2C sales. Have a hands-on sales approach to be able to convert opportunities into results.
  • To guide clients through the application process including KYC, documentation and submission to ensure smooth and compliant process.
  • To keep abreast of program updates, legal developments and market trends in both Malta and China.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in investment migration, international property, or a related sector
  • Sales Experience
  • Native or fluent Mandarin speaker with professional-level English
  • Solid understanding of the Chinese high-net-worth market and client motivations (education, wealth planning, lifestyle mobility)
  • Proficient with Chinese digital platforms used for B2C and B2B outreach
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; culturally aware and client-focused
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple client files and deadlines simultaneously
  • Based in Malta or willing to relocate

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience promoting Malta’s IIP, MPRP, or similar EU immigration program.
  • Existing network of introducers or agents in China, Hong Kong or Taiwan
  • Familiarity with immigration compliance and due diligence procedures.
