AIMS International Malta is delighted to partner with one of the largest ship registration service providers in Malta. They are looking to expand their team with the appointment of a motivated Finance Clerk (Shipping Department).
Responsibilities:
- Organising and prioritising the issuing of bills
- Debt collection
- Issue of relevant invoices and chasing settlement
- Processing and liaising with clients, in connection to invoice-related queries
- General assistance within the shipping department (such as release of vessel and crew certification, filing and archiving)
- A’ Level standard of education
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook
- Well organised, accurate and able to work under pressure
- Excellent written and spoken Maltese and English
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Previous experience in an administration/secretarial role will be considered as an asset.
