Our client is seeking a motivated Junior Corporate Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will assist in corporate services, including administrative tasks and client support.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the head of Corporate Administration.
  • Updating of clients' database on billing system
  • dealing with local banks and EMIs as well as Jobsplus, CFR, MFSA and other regulatory bodies.
  • Forwarding payroll and related documentation to clients.
  • Drafting and filing of MBR statutory documents.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Ideally have 1 year experience in a corporate role.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Team Player and able to work on tight deadlines.
