Our client is seeking a motivated Junior Corporate Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will assist in corporate services, including administrative tasks and client support.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the head of Corporate Administration.
- Updating of clients' database on billing system
- dealing with local banks and EMIs as well as Jobsplus, CFR, MFSA and other regulatory bodies.
- Forwarding payroll and related documentation to clients.
- Drafting and filing of MBR statutory documents.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ideally have 1 year experience in a corporate role.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Team Player and able to work on tight deadlines.
- A EUR 500 per employee (calculated pro rata as of the starting date), to be redeemed by end of that year. This may be used as follows:
- Parking at Portomaso (partial coverage)
- Health Support – example health insurance, tests or other
- Wellness – being physical or mental health support
- Education – courses / seminars / books or other, which are related to your line of work
