Our client, that operates within the hospitality sector, is currently looking to expand their team by recruiting a Finance & Administration Executive.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage Tax Credits and EU Funds processes, including preparing applications, submissions, and Investing in Skills claims
  • Handle all tax credit applications and remain informed on updates to relevant schemes
  • Oversee KYC procedures for all Group entities
  • Prepare and maintain board resolutions and related corporate documentation
  • Review loan agreements and summarise key terms for management
  • Compile and submit statistical data (e.g., NSO statistics)
  • Take ownership of Intrastat reporting requirements
  • Support succession planning initiatives within the Finance Department
  • Coordinate the preparation and submission of annual returns
  • Manage permits and licences required for hospitality operations
  • Maintain and update the donations list and manage tax-related Excel records
  • Handle MBR applications (e.g., Baros) and complete associated filings
  • Delegate tasks to interns and supervise their work in collaboration with the finance team
  • Perform any other duties commensurate with the role

Requirements:
  • Experience in finance/administration - hospitality experience considered an asset
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and reporting obligations
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication abilities
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
