Responsibilities:
- Manage Tax Credits and EU Funds processes, including preparing applications, submissions, and Investing in Skills claims
- Handle all tax credit applications and remain informed on updates to relevant schemes
- Oversee KYC procedures for all Group entities
- Prepare and maintain board resolutions and related corporate documentation
- Review loan agreements and summarise key terms for management
- Compile and submit statistical data (e.g., NSO statistics)
- Take ownership of Intrastat reporting requirements
- Support succession planning initiatives within the Finance Department
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of annual returns
- Manage permits and licences required for hospitality operations
- Maintain and update the donations list and manage tax-related Excel records
- Handle MBR applications (e.g., Baros) and complete associated filings
- Delegate tasks to interns and supervise their work in collaboration with the finance team
- Perform any other duties commensurate with the role
Requirements:
- Experience in finance/administration - hospitality experience considered an asset
- Strong understanding of regulatory and reporting obligations
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication abilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
