AIMS International is assisting one of our clients, a well-established CSP in Malta, in recruiting an Executive - Business Consulting Services (Economic Advisory).

The Executive in Business Consulting Services will support the delivery of client engagements by undertaking analytical, operational, and coordination activities that contribute to high quality outcomes. Act as a core member of project teams, translating client needs into a structured analysis, supporting the development of recommendations and ensuring assignments are delivered with agreed scope, timelines and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis

  • Assist in Cost-Benefit Analyses

  • Support Feasibility Studies

  • Monitoring policy developments, regulatory updates and funding programme requirements that may affect client projects

  • Supporting procurement-related activities, including the review of procurement strategies

  • Data Collection and Interpretation

  • Prepare Engagement Reports

  • Ensure compliance and accuracy

  • Collaborate with team members


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Public Policy, Social Policy or related fields.

  • 2-3 years of consulting experience.

  • Strong project management and organisational skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Good understanding of public sector operations, EU funding mechanisms and regulatory environments (desirable)

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
