Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and manage digital marketing campaigns to promote the firms services, events, and initiatives across multiple online platforms.
- Create, monitor, and optimise paid digital campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop engaging digital content, including graphics, videos, copy, articles, and newsletters.
- Implement and manage the Firm’s social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Schedule and publish consistent, high-quality content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to drive organic website traffic and improve search visibility.
- Track, analyse, and report on digital campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, providing actionable insights to improve effectiveness.
- Maintain and update the Firm’s website through the content management system (CMS), ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, including list building, segmentation, and performance tracking.
- Ensure all digital marketing activities align with the firms brand identity, messaging, and tone of voice.
- Work closely with the Brand & Marketing Manager to support wider marketing objectives and integrated campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Between 2 and 3 years’ proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within a professional services or B2B environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and email marketing systems.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience working with content management systems (CMS).
- Creative skillset with experience in content creation and graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and provide actionable recommendations.
