Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and submission of resolutions and statutory forms to the Malta Business Registry (MBR).
- Handle corporate tasks such as managing changes to corporate elements and the incorporation of companies.
- Maintain company registers and ensure compliance with current laws and regulations.
- Review and draft contracts, resolutions, and other corporate documentation.
- Manage the opening and closing of bank accounts for clients, liaising with banks regularly.
- Handle day-to-day client communications and manage corporate affairs.
- Ensure clients remain in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Liaise with the Malta Business Registry (MBR) and other relevant authorities.
- Support in client onboarding and monitor compliance through ongoing due diligence processes.
- Assist in the handling of residency programmes and employment visa registrations.
- Keep clients informed on relevant industry developments and changes in regulations.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of corporate industry regulations and standards.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- A minimum of a Diploma in Legal, Finance, or a related field is considered an asset.
- At least one year of relevant experience in corporate services.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Maltese.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
