Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and submission of resolutions and statutory forms to the Malta Business Registry;
- Handling of various corporate related tasks such as changes of corporate elements for our clients and incorporation of companies;
- Maintaining company registers;
- Assist with the drafting of contracts and resolutions;
- Assist with the opening/closing of bank accounts and liaising with banks on a regular basis;
- Handling client communications;
- Ensuring all relevant companies are in compliance with all current laws and regulations;
- Liaising with MBR and other relevant authorities;
- Assisting in client on-boarding and ongoing monitoring;
- Handling day to day duties required for the smooth running of the companies;
- Handling of due diligence and KYC documentation and correspondence.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role;
- A minimum possession of a Diploma in studies exposed in Legal, Finance or similar will be considered as an asset;
- Knowledge of Corporate industry regulations and standards;
- Able to work under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS office applications;
- Excellent communications skills in both English and Maltese;
- Pro-active and Organised with a keen eye for detail.
