Responsibilities:
- Be the person responsible for the collection and organisation of company contracts, agreements, accounting data and liaise with accounting/audit team for preparation of end of year financials.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing updates on regulatory changes.
- Draft corporate documents (resolutions, minutes, share transfers) and arrange execution and filing.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely responses to queries.
- Correct record keeping of company’s operations.
- Gather and analyse client feedback to improve service delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years in corporate administration or client-facing roles within a corporate services environment.
- Familiarity with Maltese corporate law, MBR systems, and compliance procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with compliance software is advantageous. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Post-secondary qualification (such as diploma or equivalent).
