Responsibilities:
- Developing, updating and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
- Conducting compliance audits
- Providing compliance training to the company and its agents.
- Handle ongoing monitoring of compliance issues.
- Liaise with regulators and prepare compliance reposts as needed.
- Maintaining compliance records.
- Previous experience in a similar role in an insurance company or financial services industry.
- Previous approval by the MFSA will be considered an asset.
- Knowledge on local and European laws and regulations.
- Excellent command of English.
