We're currently engaged with a prominent Corporate Services Provider in Malta for the recruitment of a Client Accountant. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Keeping accurate accounting records for a small group of clients.
  • Creating yearly financial statements and coordinating with auditors.
  • Preparation of management accounts and other financial reports as required.
  • Preparation of financial forecasts and variance analysis.
  • Compiling quarterly VAT returns.
  • Preparation of tax and other statutory returns.
Requirements:
  • Possession of a degree in Accounting, ACCA certification, or in the final stages of completing ACCA.
  • Previous experience in dealing with indirect taxation matters such as VAT.
  • Strong abilities in client service and communication.
  • Prior experience in a corporate service setting is seen as advantageous.
