AIMS International Malta is assisting an international insurance company, looking to hire a Chief Operating Officer to join their team. The selected candidate will be reporting to the Managing Director and will be a member of the Executive Committee.
Requirements:
- Manage the companies insurance portfolio.
- Guide a team of claims professional and ensure the compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as regulations.
- Contribute to the introduction and development of new insurance programs.
- Control the claim management activity by third party partners.
- Manage the team in the Malta office.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years experience in the insurance industry., preferably life, personal or motor insurance.
- Proven experience in a management role.
- Familiar with the regulatory and compliance requirements for the insurance industry.
- Excellent command in English language.
