Our client, one of the leading Corporate Service Providers in Malta, is looking to recruit a Billing Clerk.

Responsibilities:
  • Organising and prioritising the issuing of invoices.
  • Processing and liaising with clients in connection to invoice-related queries.
  • Efficiently maintaining customer ledgers.
  • Assisting with any other office and accounting duties may be required.
  • Keeping abreast of all legal updates.
  • Ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Providing quality service to clients.
Requirements:
  • A Minimum ‘Advanced level’ in Accountancy
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Able to communicate confidently and effectively in both Maltese and English
  • Able to work well as part of a team
