Responsibilities:
- Advising clients in respect of the full spectrum of businesses regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority, spanning crypto, asset management, payment services and electronic money, banking, insurance and pensions.
- Assist with the licencing and on-going regulatory obligations of regulated entities.
- Support clients with merger and acquisitions of regulated entities. .
- Assist with stock exchange listings and other capital market matters.
- Represent clients in proceedings before the Arbiter for Financial Services.
- Hold warrant to practice as an Advocate and have at least 1 year post-qualification experience (an LLM or similar master’s degree in a relevant area will be considered favourably).
- Be able to work under pressure and is results oriented.
- Be able to work in a team.
- Have excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.
