Responsibilities:
- Assist in local and international M&A transactions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.
- Support and contribute to due diligence projects, preparing concise, high-level reports for global clients.
- Draft and review corporate and transactional documentation with precision and strategic insight.
- Provide legal advice on corporate governance matters and regulatory compliance issues.
- Liaise with foreign legal counsel and professional advisers on cross-border transactions.
- Work closely with partners and senior associates on multi-jurisdictional corporate projects.
Requirements:
- A warranted lawyer with 2–5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate or commercial law.
- Strong academic credentials and a detail-oriented, analytical mindset.
- Previous experience with international transactions or corporate advisory work will be considered an asset.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- A collaborative and proactive approach, with a genuine interest in building a long-term career in corporate law.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities effectively.
