Responsibilities:

Provide senior managerial leadership with strategic oversight of the corporate services function

Manage, train, supervise, and mentor a team of three corporate managers

Ensure the consistent delivery of a high-quality, professional service to international clients

Act as a point of review and escalation for complex matters, both internally and with clients

Drive departmental performance through effective planning, resource allocation, and results-oriented leadership

Develop and maintain a high-performing, knowledge-driven team culture

Maintain regular contact with international clients’ representatives

Build and sustain trusted relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, accounting firms, and law firms globally

Support and contribute to Shelton’s vision for client excellence and business growth

Stay up to date with local corporate, regulatory, and compliance requirements, including AML and CSP licensing obligations

Collaborate with internal and external compliance functions to ensure regulatory standards are met
Requirements:

Senior-level experience in corporate law and/or corporate services
-
Deep technical expertise in corporate governance and related regulatory matters
-
Proven experience managing and developing professional teams
-
Strong strategic planning and leadership capabilities

Demonstrated ability to oversee complex client portfolios and international client relationships

Strong knowledge of corporate compliance obligations, including AML and CSP licensing frameworks

Ability to operate effectively in a regulated environment alongside compliance professionals

Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
