Our client is a newly established audit firm providing a wide range of services to clients across various industries. They pride themselves in their commitment to excellence, integrity, and are dedicated to delivering high-quality audit services to their clients.

They are currently looking to recruit a Semi-Senior Auditor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a background in audit with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role offers excellent growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and conducting financial audits for a variety of clients.
  • Perform audit procedures to verify financial information and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Identify and communicate audit findings and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Evaluate internal controls and identify areas of risk.
  • Prepare audit working papers and documentation in accordance with professional standards.
  • Communicate audit progress and findings to clients in a clear and professional manner.
  • Provide clients with insights and recommendations to enhance their financial processes and controls.
  • Work closely with the Audit Partner to ensure audit engagements are completed efficiently.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, whilst individuals pursing their ACCA would also be considered.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in auditing.
  • Proficiency in CaseWare would be considered a strong asset.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
