AIMS International Malta is thrilled to be representing a local audit firm looking to hire a Semi-Qualified Auditor to join their team on a full-time or reduced-hours basis. 

Responsibilities:
  • Performing audit testing and compiling supporting working papers.
  • Assisting in the preparation of statutory financial statements in accordance with GAPSME/IFRS.
  • Preparation of management accounts.
  • Preparation and filing of VAT and income tax returns for self-employed individuals and companies
Requirements: 
  • 2 years of experience.
  • ACCA or Master’s in Accountancy (partly qualified or in progress).
  • Previous experience within an audit/CSP firm or a similar accountancy role will be considered as an asset.
  • Proficiency in English is essential due to the nature of our work and client interactions.
  • Proficiency in Maltese is considered a plus.
