Our client, a prestigious real estate brand is seeking to hire a Marketing Assistant to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain a content calendar, and create engaging social media content aligned with brand identity
  • Use online design platforms (e.g., Canva) to update or create branded materials
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns, including template creation, subscriber list management, and campaign execution
  • Track and analyse digital marketing metrics to evaluate performance and effectiveness
  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, branded documents, and merchandise
  • Identify PR opportunities and liaise with publishers for the submission of articles (online and print)
  • Collaborate with graphic design professionals as needed
  • Liaise with associates for property filming and reel production
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries received via social media platforms
  • Assist with website updates and uploading new content
  • Provide day-to-day support to the marketing department
  • Develop a deep understanding of the brand, client base, competitors, and market trends to drive marketing initiatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar marketing role
  • Qualification in Marketing or a related field
  • Excellent spoken and written English, with strong copywriting skills adaptable across platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of social media channels, analytics tools, and content performance metrics
  • Experience using Canva and email marketing tools such as Mailchimp
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices considered an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage projects independently with a hands-on attitude
