Our client, a reputable Corporate Services Provider in Malta, is looking to expand their legal team with the addition of a Junior Corporate Lawyer. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a well-established firm and contribute to its continued success.
Responsibility's
• Supporting senior lawyers in corporate structuring, company formation, and regulatory compliance.
• Assisting in drafting and reviewing contracts, shareholder agreements, and other corporate documents.
• Conducting legal research on company law, iGaming, crypto, and financial regulations.
• Providing guidance on AML/CFT obligations and corporate compliance.
• Liaising with regulatory authorities and assisting with corporate governance matters.
• Staying updated on Maltese and EU legal developments affecting our clients.
Requirements
• Qualified lawyer with up to 2 years of experience in corporate law.
• Passion for iGaming, fintech, crypto, or financial services law.
• Basic knowledge of Maltese company law and compliance frameworks.
• Highly motivated, eager to learn, and able to handle multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
• Team player with a solution-driven approach.
