Our client, a leading Corporate Services Provider (CSP), is looking to hire an HR Executive to join their Human Resources Team.
The HR Executive will be responsible for handling a broad range of HR operational and administrative duties while supporting strategic HR initiatives. The successful chosen candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient HR processes, employee engagement, and overall HR service delivery within the organisation.
Responsibilities:

Assisting in the day?to?day operations of the HR department.

Managing and maintaining employee profiles and ensuring all records are updated and accurate.

Coordinating the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, probation monitoring, evaluations, contract updates, and offboarding.

Preparing HR-related documentation such as employment contracts, letters, updates and policies.

Supporting recruitment efforts including job postings, screening, interviewing coordination.

Scheduling interviews, performance appraisals, training sessions and HR-related meetings.

Maintaining and updating internal databases and HR systems.

Coordinating internal events and wellbeing initiatives.

Ensuring compliance with HR procedures, company policies, and Maltese employment law.

Supporting HR projects and any pending tasks within the department as required.
Requirements:

2+ years’ experience in a similar HR role.

Strong understanding of the HR cycle and HR best practices.

Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
-
Ability to work independently and also collaboratively within a team environment.

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook.

Knowledge of Shireburn Software will be considered an asset.

High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Fluency in English and Maltese, both verbally and in writing.
