Our client, a leading Corporate Services Provider (CSP), is looking to hire an HR Executive to join their Human Resources Team.

The HR Executive will be responsible for handling a broad range of HR operational and administrative duties while supporting strategic HR initiatives. The successful chosen candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient HR processes, employee engagement, and overall HR service delivery within the organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the day?to?day operations of the HR department.

  • Managing and maintaining employee profiles and ensuring all records are updated and accurate.

  • Coordinating the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, probation monitoring, evaluations, contract updates, and offboarding.

  • Preparing HR-related documentation such as employment contracts, letters, updates and policies.

  • Supporting recruitment efforts including job postings, screening, interviewing coordination.

  • Scheduling interviews, performance appraisals, training sessions and HR-related meetings.

  • Maintaining and updating internal databases and HR systems.

  • Coordinating internal events and wellbeing initiatives.

  • Ensuring compliance with HR procedures, company policies, and Maltese employment law.

  • Supporting HR projects and any pending tasks within the department as required.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar HR role.

  • Strong understanding of the HR cycle and HR best practices.

  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).

  • Ability to work independently and also collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook.

  • Knowledge of Shireburn Software will be considered an asset.

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.

  • Fluency in English and Maltese, both verbally and in writing.
